SALON POLICIES

Cancellation Policy

At the Darya Salon and Spa our professionals reserve time exclusively for you and your services. In the event that you need to reschedule, modify or cancel your appointment (s) – regardless of the circumstances – please allow 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee. All services missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours are subject to a charge of 100% of the service booked.  You will be asked to give a credit card number, at the time of booking,  to hold you appointment.
At Darya Salon and Spa we have ample time to care for our clientele’s appointments, call us within the time requested and we will assist you with rescheduling or modifying your appointments.

Walk – In Appointments

Same day appointments are welcome when space is available.  Keep in mind all our salon and spa professionals work with pre-scheduled appointments. We strongly suggest to book ahead in order to reserve for a preferred day and time.

Friendly Reminder

If you are on a tight schedule may we recommend calling us 30 minutes before your scheduled time to check in and see if your appointment is running on time.  If you have somewhere to be right after your appointment be sure to let us know when you check in.

10 Minute Grace Periods

Your appointment will be lost 10 minutes after your appointment time, and the respective late cancellation policy will be enforced. After 10 minutes we will consider you a walk-in and give you the next available time slot.

Out Call Service

We offer most of our salon & spa services in the convenience of your home or on-site location. All services provided “out call” are double the price listed in our menu; please contact us for availability.

Miscellaneous Policies

• Respectfully, keep cell phones to a quiet minimum as to avoid any interference and/or disturbance while you or other clientele are enjoying their services. Kindly turn off cell phones during spa treatments.

• For our salon services we provide changing gowns. Gowns are laundered after each use. In conjunction with your hair salon professional covering you with a cape for servicing, we do our utmost to protect you and your remaining clothing items. We are not responsible for any stained clothing or items during servicing. If you are more comfortable and prefer to bring an extra “shirt” and or pants that can endure possible staining, it’s a great idea!

• We do have a lost and found. But we are not responsible for items that are lost, misplaced or stolen. Please contact the salon as soon as possible if you notice you are missing any personal item.

Retail Refund / Store Credit

Refunds must occur 7 days from original purchase date and all packaging must be intact. If you purchased a product that is not fulfilling your needs, we are happy to help you find another one and exchange it with store credit.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates can be purchase at the salon or over the phone, and can be mailed if requested. Gift Certificates are not refundable, non-transferable and must be brought to the appointment to receive the service.

Payments

Forms of payment accepted are as follows: cash, credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Amex and Debit), personal local checks and Darya Salon & Spa Gift Cards. Gratuities are cash only and cannot be added to your card transaction.

Returned Checks

You are held accountable and responsible for any bank charges for returned checks as well as any collections.
